We built UNIWATER because water treatment deserved a better process
Too many Indian homes have the wrong water treatment system — or no system at all — because recommendations are made without understanding the water or surveying the site. UNIWATER was built to change that.
Our story
UNIWATER Solutions was founded with a simple premise: water treatment in India needed to move from product sales to problem-solving. The dominant model — a salesperson visits, sees the problem, recommends a product from the catalogue — consistently produces mis-sized systems, wrong treatment sequences, and customers who call for service 6 months after installation.
We built UNIWATER around the opposite model. A water quality assessment first. A site survey second. A recommendation only after both are done. It takes more effort and more time, but it produces results that actually solve the problem.
Today, UNIWATER serves homeowners, villa residents, apartment dwellers, and small commercial clients across India — specialising in whole-house filtration, iron removal, and water softening. Our digital-first pre-qualification tools — the remote site survey and water problem checker — are part of our vision for making the right diagnosis accessible before any field visit happens.
