UNIWATER Solutions currently provides on-site installation and service in select cities and regions across India. Please contact us or check our city pages to confirm service availability in your location.

Installation Process

All UNIWATER installations are preceded by a site survey and water quality assessment. No system will be installed without a confirmed site visit and approved quotation. Installation is carried out by trained UNIWATER technicians or authorised installation partners.

Typical residential installation time is 2–4 hours. Larger or more complex installations may require more time. The installation area will be cleaned and the system tested before our team departs.

Warranty

All systems installed by UNIWATER come with the manufacturer's standard warranty on components. Installation workmanship is warranted for 90 days from installation date. Warranty terms vary by product — specific terms will be communicated at the time of quotation and installation.

Service and Maintenance

UNIWATER recommends periodic service for all installed systems. A service schedule is provided at the time of installation. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans are available for most system types — these cover scheduled servicing, media/cartridge replacement, and priority support.

Water Test Sample Shipping

Water test bookings through UNIWATER's website may involve sample collection. Sample pickup arrangements are confirmed by our team via call or WhatsApp after booking. Sample collection logistics and costs will be communicated at confirmation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Scheduled site surveys or installations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to partial charges as agreed in the quotation.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and terms are specified in the customer agreement at the time of purchase. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after installation has commenced. Any concerns about installed systems will be addressed through our warranty service process.
